Lucia’s Restaurant Harrogate

Lucia’s restaurant in Harrogate is definitely one of the most elegant restaurants in town and is perfectly situated close to the Royal Hall, events centre and the big hotels so expect it to be busy, especially if there is a conference on.

After a major refurbishment in 2021 you can expect beautifully styled interiors and a luxury courtyard. Hidden underneath the restaurant is their vintage Italian bar serving some of the best cocktails in town, a must try is their Paradise in Yorkshire! (Featured in my 10 Best Cocktails blog)

They have an extensive menu so it would be impossible to sum it up on here but think amazing pasta dishes, 28 day aged steaks, juicy burgers and stone baked pizzas.

Starters range from £7.75 to £9.50 but if there are a few of you I would suggest trying the antipasti sharing board which is £19.50 but perfect for pre-dinner nibbles with drinks.

Mains are varied as are the prices (£11.50 to £27.00) depending on if you opt for a salad or fillet steak. Their pizzas are always a hit with us, try the goats cheese and spinach or if you love your seafood you can’t go wrong with the seafood risotto.

The dessert menu is lush, I don’t think there is one on there that I wouldn’t devour and I love that they do a sharing platter with strawberries, marshmallows, ice cream and chocolate sauce, ideal if you’re heading there for a date night.

Location: 3 Ripon Road, Harrogate, HG1 2SX (There are also restaurants in York and Beverley)

For a 3 course meal expect to spend around £32
